Save any inspo pics or moodboards you love, you can drop up to 3 photos straight into your booking so we can plan your set before you arrive.

Have a rough idea of length and shape (the booking page shows every option with times and prices). Eat something, charge your phone, and make sure you can sit with your technician for the full session. Sets take 1h15m up to 3h for XXL.

Most importantly: arrive on time. The studio runs a strict 10-minute grace period, and 10+ minutes late means the appointment is cancelled with the deposit forfeited, no exceptions!

Just come with clean, dry hands, no polish and no lotions on the day if you can help it. You don't need to buff, file or trim anything, that's all part of the service.

If you're wearing a set from another salon, make sure you add a removal to your booking so I can safely take it off before we start your new set.

100% handmade! Every set is hand-sculpted, painted and charmed one nail at a time in the DECOBABY 2000 studio in East London. Nothing is mass produced and nothing is repeated, each set is a 1-of-1, exactly like the shop drops.

Professional nail products only: gel and BIAB overlay systems, acrylic for the longer sculpted shapes, and professional gel polish for colour.

The decoden magic comes from 3D whip cream, resin charms, rhinestones, studs and other 3D decorations, all sealed properly so your charms survive real life, handbags, hair ties and all.

Yes! Being eco-friendly is part of the studio's DNA, every set is handmade to order in small batches, so there's no factory waste, no mass production and no throwaway packaging. Your set arrives in a reusable case you can keep for storage.

Because each set is hand-sculpted on a sturdy gel base, you can reuse it. With gentle removal (never rip or pry them off, soak or book a removal) and proper storage, press-on sets can be re-worn 2-3 times, and many clients get even more wears out of them. Keep them in their case between wears and they'll look freshly made every time.

Yes! We don't mind walk-ins at all, if the studio's free, you're welcome to come by and get a set done on the spot.

Check our Google Maps stats for our peak hour times before you head over. During busy periods we can take a little while to get to you, so booking ahead is much preferred, it guarantees your slot (and keeps you clear of the 10-minute lateness rule).

No stress, if a set doesn't fit, isn't what you hoped for, or arrives broken, we'll replace it FREE of charge. Just get in touch as early as possible after your order arrives so we can sort it quickly.

We do require proof of evidence before a replacement goes out: clear photos of the set (and the packaging if it arrived broken), so please snap a picture and send it in as early as you can.

One important rule: you may not swap the design for a different set. Press-on drops are limited, 1-of-1 pieces, the replacement will be the same design you ordered, made fresh for you.

Yes, but only the brands our technicians use. Please let your technician know at the beginning of your appointment.

Yes, men are welcome in this space.

Yes, all our equipment is clean, the bowls, the tools, everything gets sanitised properly between every client.

Yes, but only a few of our technicians do pedicures (feet), and it's only available as an add-on with a manicure (hands), we don't do feet exclusively.

Please note we are nail technicians, not medical professionals, we don't treat medical conditions. Feet are quite delicate when it comes to infections, so please inform our staff beforehand about anything we should know.
