DECOBABY 2000 is a private nail studio run by a small team of four technicians in East London. Every appointment is booked for you alone, so we take timing seriously.

Lateness policy: you have a strict 10-minute grace period. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, your appointment is cancelled immediately and your deposit is forfeited, with zero exceptions. Please plan your journey with the grace period in mind.

No-shows: if you do not show up and do not let us know, your deposit is forfeited in full.

Deposits: all studio appointments require a deposit to lock in your slot. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit comes off your final total on the day.

Removals: if you are wearing acrylic or hard gel from another salon, you must add a removal to your booking. Arriving with an unbooked foreign set may mean we cannot complete your appointment in the slot, and the lateness policy still applies.

Health and hygiene: please tell your technician at the start of your appointment about anything we should know, including infections, allergies or injuries. We are nail technicians, not medical professionals, and we cannot treat medical conditions. All tools, bowls and equipment are properly sanitised between every client.

Everyone is welcome: men are welcome in this space. Pedicures are available as an add-on to a manicure only, with selected technicians.

Moodboards and ideas: we love working from your references. You can drop up to 3 inspiration photos into your booking, and your technician will plan the set with you on the day.

Press-on drops are handmade to order and shipped from our East London studio. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your set to be made and dispatched, plus delivery time on top.

Delivery areas: we currently ship within the UK only. Some remote or rural locations are not eligible for delivery. If your address falls outside our delivery area, we will email you as soon as possible to let you know, and you will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

Tracking: every order is sent with tracked shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your set is on its way.

Address accuracy: please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but email us quickly and we will do our best to help before dispatch.

Packaging: sets are shipped in reusable, protective packaging so your nails arrive in perfect condition.

Press-on sets: if your set arrives broken, does not fit, or you are not happy with it, get in touch as early as possible. We require proof of evidence, so please send clear photos of the set and the packaging.

Once we have your evidence, we are able to replace the set free of charge. Please note you may not swap the design for a different one, as every press-on drop is limited and made as a 1-of-1 piece.

Studio appointments: deposits are strictly non-refundable, including appointments cancelled under the lateness or no-show policy above. If you need to move your slot, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to rebook you.

If an order cannot be delivered to your location, you will be refunded in full. See the shipping and delivery section for details.

We collect only the details needed to run your booking or order: your name, contact details, appointment notes, moodboard photos and shipping address.

Your information is stored securely and is only used to manage your appointment, deliver your order, and contact you about it (for example shipping confirmations or eligibility emails).

We never sell or share your personal details with third parties for marketing.

Moodboard photos you upload are used only to plan your set. With your permission, finished sets may be photographed for the studio's portfolio and social pages.

You can ask us at any time to see what details we hold about you, or to delete them. Just get in touch and we will sort it.
